Even though, we believe in the quality of our luxury extensions, this extensions warranty is a policy to promise the replacement of used hair extensions purchased from us. The optional insurance covers our purchase from us within a 6 months or 1 year period.
*Please note: This warranty is good for a one time replacement for one new hair set and in order for the policy to be honored there are some conditions to make the process simple and easy.
A warranty has to be purchased for each single bundle and closure/frontal in order to receive a complete fresh set. If no warranty is in place for each item, only the ones covered are able to be exchanged.
You will have 6 months or a year within that warranty’s time frame selected to exchange used items. Anything outside of that time period will void your exchange.
You must keep all packaging including the copy or your invoice/ receipt with order details along with all bundle tags and original mailer.
For the warranty process to take place, you will have to pay to ship the hair and original packaging and once we receive your items, we will pay to ship your new bundle set back.
*Please note: You will receive a new set of the SAME LENGTH AND TEXTURE covered under your warranty.
