Since we do not offer refunds or returns. We have an exchange policy. 


Here at Modern Luxury Hair Boutique we ensure to provide you with the best experience possible with our quality products. All hair orders are throughly checked before shipping to guarantee the luxury you’re paying for. 

We do not do refunds but exchanges are available within the 14 days of product delivery. In order to exchange products, the following conditions must be met: (a) Hair must be returned with original packaging 

(b) must be unused and not damaged (c.) receipt of proof of purchase is required. 

*If the listed conditions are not met, Modern Luxury Hair Boutique reserves the right to refuse

When returning exchanged items hair MUST be returned in it’s original state as received. We DO NOT accept items that has been used or altered (I.e. brushes, combed, cut, washed and conditioned, bleached, colored or lifted. Nor untied from bundle packaging) in any way. 

We are not liable if hair becomes damaged by a non-professional due to coloring and/bleaching as well as styling errors (I.e shedding due to cutting wefts) 

*Please note that the exchange process doesn’t begin until we have received the package. Once throughly examined and in the original state product can be exchanged for equal value. Option to exchange for greater value if original item is not in stock. But customer is to pay price difference.
